The only way single, successful career woman Audra Jarecki can face a Christmas homecoming—and the pitying eyes of her family—is with a gorgeous boyfriend on her arm. Hiring hunky Colby Douglas may be the worst mistake of Audra’s life . . . or the answer to everything on her Christmas list . . .

Behind the Scenes Dish

I squealed with delight when I found out that I was going to be in a holiday anthology with NEW YORK TIMES bestselling author Lisa Jackson. Lisa is an amazing talent and a total delight, not to mention a dear friend and confidante. We met at an industry conference in Toronto and bonded in five seconds flat. Hilarious story: While at this convention, we were sharing a meal in a nearby mall food court when suddenly one of those Fabio-esque cover models (flowing hair, rippling muscles, clothing from International Male) sprinted past us as if on his way to save a small child from drowning. Lisa and I followed him with our eyes until he reached his point of destination . . . a tanning salon! Oh, my God--I think we laughed until our spleens ruptured.

ROMANTIC TIMES BOOKCLUB MAGAZINE
Slightly superficial, Kylie Adams's story still manages to be irreverently funny.

Kylie Adams takes her funny fork and stabs me to death . . . Where other members of the Romance Novel Sisterhood remain united in staleness, tameness, and determined to turn the clock back on female progress by a hundred years, it's really nice to see Kylie Adams tossing up some in-your-face bitchiness, dark humor, and gay conspiracies in a romance novel.
